The challenge

The operational reality for busy brokerage teams

A signed Form F is where an agent's commission is earned — and where the administrative risk begins.

Selling time lost to admin

Developer NOC counters, bank liability letters and trustee bookings consume hours that top agents should spend with clients.

Expiring documents

NOCs, liability letters and POAs each carry validity windows. When they fall out of sequence, completion dates slip and deposits are put at risk.

Fragmented communication

Buyer, seller, two agents, two banks and a developer — without one owner of the file, every party chases every other party.

Reputational exposure

Clients remember who was handling the paperwork when a transfer stalled. A delayed completion reflects on the agency, not the bank.

Onboarding

How a brokerage partnership starts

Four steps from first conversation to your first handed-over file.

  1. 1

    Introduction call

A 30-minute call with a founder to understand your team, volumes, typical transaction types and reporting needs.

  2. 2

    Partnership terms

We confirm the working arrangement in writing: named manager, SLA, reporting cadence, fee and invoicing.

  3. 3

    Handover checklist

Your agents receive our one-page handover checklist: Contract F, title deed, both parties' passport / Emirates ID / visa, the SOA for off-plan or payment-plan units, the Unified Tenancy Contract if rented, and company documents where a company buys or sells. Documents come to us by WhatsApp or email; we review the case and issue the breakdown within one calendar day, then the agent opens two WhatsApp groups (buyer side; seller side) and introduces everyone — from there the conveyancer handles the rest.

  4. 4

    First file and review

Your first instruction runs under the agreed SLA; we review together after completion and refine the process.

Service standards

Named case manager

Every instruction is owned by a named conveyancing manager who is your single point of contact from signed agreement to issued title deed.

Milestone updates

Progress is reported at each milestone — documents collected, NOC applied / received, bank letters, trustee appointment booked, transfer complete — in plain language you can forward to your client.

24-hour first response

Every new instruction and every query receives a substantive response within 24 hours on working days.

Escalation

If a file stalls, it escalates directly to a founder — Mariam or Suhail — who picks up the file personally until it moves.

Multilingual communication

Updates in English, Arabic, Russian, Dutch, French, Hindi or Italian to match your client.

Client evidence

What clients say about transfers handled by our founders.

Verbatim Google reviews. Where a brokerage is named, it is the agency through which the client was introduced. We do not publish case studies without the written consent of the parties involved.

“Recently completed on a villa purchase through Savills. As many know- buying in Dubai can be quite a stressful process but i wanted to take the time to write a review and express my gratitude to Savills conveyancer Suhail Ibrahim. He went above and beyond and im very grateful for his help in the process, without him i dont think we would of got to transfer! So thank you.”

Luke Fairbrass · Google review · Savills Dubai

“I had a fantastic experience working with Suhail as our conveyancer for our property transfer at DAMAC Hills. His extensive knowledge and professionalism are unmatched in the field of property conveyancing. Suhail expertly managed the process for both my father and me, demonstrating kindness and generosity throughout. While the agents involved were also commendable, it was Suhail's exceptional service that truly stood out. I highly recommend Suhail to anyone looking to sell or buy property in Dubai. His dedication and expertise make the process seamless and enjoyable. Thank you, Suhail!”

Rajan Mehta · Google review · Savills Dubai

“I had the pleasure to deal with Suhail Ibrahim during my property sale and I must say that the experience was really professional and very humane. Suhail was always responsive, on top of things at all times, very reassuring and extremely customer-centric. He never forgot any detail and was always prepared and had me prepared at every step of the way. I am pleased to say that the process was quite smooth thanks to Suhail and his attention to details. I highly recommend him.”

Corporate FAQs

Do you communicate with our clients directly?

As you prefer. Many partners ask us to update clients directly with the agent copied; others prefer updates to the agent only. The arrangement is agreed in the partnership terms.

Can updates carry our brokerage's branding?

Yes — progress updates can be prepared for your agents to forward under your own name.

Which transaction types do you handle?

Cash and mortgage transfers on both sides, off-plan resales through the developer, gifts between first-degree relatives, Power of Attorney transactions and company buyers or sellers.

Do you hold client funds?

No. We do not operate escrow or hold client money. Payments are made by manager's cheque or through the buyer's bank, and we coordinate timing.

Do you give legal advice?

We are a licensed corporate services and documents clearing provider, not a law firm. Where a matter requires legal advice we recommend you or your client instruct a UAE-licensed lawyer.
