What we collect, and why
When you book a conveyance, book a call, share a cost estimate or send an enquiry through this website we collect only what the form asks for: your name, email address, telephone number, and — for corporate enquiries — your company, job title, organisation type, optional monthly transaction volume and the services you are interested in, together with your message.
We use this information to respond to your request, to prepare the engagement you have asked about and to keep a record of the enquiry. We also record which page of the website the form was sent from so we can see which pages are useful to visitors.
We do not buy, sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your details for marketing to which you have not agreed.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our secure database and sent by email to the ASMA founders' inbox. Booking and call requests also generate a confirmation email to you. Access to stored records is restricted to authorised ASMA staff through a password- and code-protected dashboard.
We use established third-party providers to host the website, store data and deliver email. They process data on our instructions only. We do not publish customer records anywhere on the website.
Cookies and analytics
The public website works without tracking cookies. Your language choice and your analytics preference are stored in your browser only. A session cookie is used solely to keep authorised staff signed in to the private dashboard.
Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) runs only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the consent banner, and only when analytics has been enabled on the site. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Abuse protection
To keep the forms usable we rate-limit submissions by network address, discard entries that trip a hidden anti-bot field or are completed faster than a person could type, and record the time of each submission. These checks do not profile you and are not used for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete any engagement you instruct and meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed business. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@asmapropertyservices.ae; we will act on the request unless we are required to retain the record.
Your choices
You can contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email instead of using a form. You can decline analytics. And you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you.
This notice may be updated as the website changes; the date above shows the current version.
