Question 1

Why is your fee a fixed AED 2,625 incl. VAT?

Accepted Answer

Because conveyancing work is process, not mystery. We publish one price for a complete service — contract to transfer — so you can budget before you call. No percentages, no hourly billing, no extras appearing on completion day.

Question 2

How long does a transfer take?

Accepted Answer

Most straightforward transfers complete in two to four weeks; with mortgages or developer NOC delays it can run to six. We begin every case within 24 hours and stay in constant communication with the agents and the clients — you will always know exactly where your file stands.

Question 3

Can I buy or sell without being in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With a properly drafted Power of Attorney we act for you end-to-end — NOC appointments, liability letters, the trustee office — and report every step. Most of our overseas clients never fly in.

Question 4

Do you handle company buyers and sellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where the buyer or seller is a company — a UAE LLC, a free-zone entity or an offshore holding — we manage the additional layer: trade licence and MOA checks, board resolutions and signatory authority, DLD corporate requirements and the coordination between shareholders, banks and the developer. Your agents hand us the deal; we settle it correctly.

Question 5

How does a brokerage partnership work?

Accepted Answer

One introduction call, then your agency gets a named conveyancing manager, a 24-hour SLA and white-label progress updates. Your agents keep selling; we settle every deal behind them.

Question 6

Is there anything you don't do?

Accepted Answer

We don't hold client money — no escrow accounts, manager's cheques or foreign exchange. Where a transaction needs them, we introduce regulated partners and coordinate the process.

Question 7

Can you handle a property gift to a family member?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gifting between first-degree relatives (spouses, parents and children) attracts a reduced DLD fee of 0.125% of the property value instead of 4%. We arrange the certified valuation, prepare the documentation and coordinate the DLD appointment — the same fixed fee of AED 2,625 incl. VAT applies.
